This double-burner griddle is cast as one solid slab of iron with a smooth surface on one face for pancakes and grilled cheese, and raised ridges on the other for searing steaks and vegetables with defined grill marks. At 20 inches long it bridges two standard burners for cooking large batches at once, and integrated side handles keep it stable when flipping the roughly 9-pound griddle. Like other raw cast iron, it arrives pre-seasoned and improves with continued use.
