Every recipe lists a Difficulty rating (Easy, Medium, or Advanced) along with exact times, temperatures, and doneness cues so first-time cooks can follow along with confidence.

Are the nutrition facts exact?

Nutrition information is an estimate calculated from the recipe ingredients and is clearly labeled as such. It is not a substitute for professional dietary advice.
