ImpRecipe is a recipe club and kitchenware shop operated by IMP L.L.C., based in Miami, Florida. We build every recipe for a complete beginner: exact quantities, real pan sizes, safe cooking temperatures, and doneness cues you can actually see, smell, and feel. 50% of our library is free forever, and our membership unlocks the rest along with new recipes as we publish them.
Alongside recipes, our shop curates kitchen tools we would actually recommend to a home cook: cookware, knives, gadgets, small appliances, and storage that match the way our recipes are written.
Founder & Head Recipe Developer
Renata started ImpRecipe out of a tiny Miami apartment kitchen after years of testing recipes for friends and family who kept asking for the written version. She still tests every recipe published on the site at least three times before it goes live.
Managing Editor
Julian oversees everything that gets published on ImpRecipe, from blog posts to recipe copy, with a background in food journalism and a stubborn insistence on clear, jargon-free instructions. He believes a recipe should work the first time, not the third.
Community & Content Manager
Ines manages ImpRecipe's reader community, sorting through comments, photos, and recipe tweaks submitted by home cooks around the country. She has a soft spot for one-pot meals and anything that can be made ahead and frozen.
