This 18 by 12 by 1.25 inch board is built from edge-grain American black walnut strips glued under pressure for a stable, warp-resistant slab that is gentle on knife edges. Juice grooves border three sides to contain runoff from roasts and melons, and recessed hand grips on the underside make it easy to lift and flip. The board ships pre-conditioned with food-safe mineral oil and beeswax finish and is sized to double as a charcuterie serving board.
