Molded from food-grade polypropylene, this 5-liter bin has a honeycomb-perforated base that lets condensation drain away from produce instead of pooling, and a sliding vent on the lid holds a replaceable activated-charcoal filter that absorbs the ethylene gas that speeds ripening and rot. A removable drainage tray at the bottom collects moisture and lifts out for easy rinsing, and the bin's flat-walled shape fits standard refrigerator crisper drawers or open shelves. It ships with one charcoal filter and is sized for berries, leafy greens, or a mix of loose vegetables.
