Formed from 0.7mm 18/8 stainless steel, each bowl in this set of six is rimmed for a secure grip and finished with a matte brushed exterior that resists fingerprints and scratches. A ring of silicone is bonded to each base to keep the bowl planted on the counter during vigorous whisking, and the graduated sizes from 0.75 quart to 5 quart nest inside one another for storage in roughly the footprint of the largest bowl alone. The 5-quart bowl doubles as a base for a makeshift double boiler over a matching-size saucepan.
