The ChoppMaster runs a 720W induction motor through a wide 12-cup polycarbonate work bowl, driving a reversible stainless steel slicing/shredding disc, an S-blade for chopping and pureeing, and a dough blade rated for up to 2 lbs of pizza dough. A mini 3-cup bowl insert nests inside the main bowl for small jobs like grinding spices or chopping herbs. The unit stands 16.5 x 9.1 x 11.4 inches, includes a wide 3-inch feed chute for whole vegetables, and comes with a locking lid safety interlock that prevents operation until the bowl is seated correctly.
